      For a written quote, please contact us. The following prices are based on a newsletter or notice that uses a shell (same monthly fronts and backs for the whole year), and is produced ten months per year. Prices will vary if the notice does not use a shell. Contact us with your specific needs.
 
Time:   Minimum 7 business days required from receipt of notice to date of mailing. KEEP IN MIND, you must allow enough time between date of mailing and your meeting (if any) for your members to receive the notice.
 
Ink:   Printing in Black, Blue, Dark Blue, Red, or Green.
 
Stock:   60lb stock; white, cream, ivory, pink, yellow, green, gray, blue, orchid, tan, peach, orange, gold, red, or aqua. We cannot print on coated stock.
 
Front & Back for a year:   This is for printing the shell (front and back) for one year. I will print just the first month, to allow for any changes or corrections, and will then print enough for the rest of the year the second month. In the event that you need to make further changes during the year, their will be an additional charge dependent on how many months are left in the year.
 
8 1/2" x 11":   Minimum 200 copies per month (2000 per year) $200.00.
Additional 50 per month (500 per year) $13.00.
 
9" x 12":   Minimum 200 copies per month (2000 per year) $240.00.
Additional 50 per month (500 per year) $14.00.
 
8 1/2" x 14":   Minimum 200 copies per month (2000 per year) $240.00.
Additional 50 per month (500 per year) $13.00.
 
Printing the monthly inside of the notice:   This includes, printing and folding to fit a # 10 envelope. You can either mail us a disk or e-mail a file, either preformatted in Microsoft Word or Word Perfect format or as unformatted text. If you are providing unformatted text, we must have established in advance the setup of the notice so we can properly format it. If you would like to proofread or check the format prior to printing, you may come to our shop or we can mail you a copy, but you must allow time for this.
 
8 1/2" x 11":   $40 per month.
Additional 50 per month, $2.00.
 
9" x 12":   $43 per month.
Additional 50 per month, $3.00.
 
8 1/2" x 14":   $43 per month.
Additional 50 per month, $3.00.
 
Mailing:   $.10 per piece is the cost of mailing. This price includes printing the address on the envelope, stuffing the notice in the envelope, sealing the envelope, affixing the postage, and taking it to the Post Office.
 
Inserts:   If you need an additional insert included with your notice, it is $26.00, printed one side, same paper and ink options as notice, either 5 1/2" x 8"5, or 8 1/2" x 11", and includes folding. Stuffing is an additional $.06 per piece.
 
Postage:   We can mail your notices out either First class or Third class.
 
First Class:   For first class shipping standard rates apply. .39 per piece (for one ounce or less). I require 2 months postage in advance. This will cover mailing for 2 months. I will bill the organazation for the postage each month. This will cover postage if your previous payment has not cleared at time of mailing. 2 months is required so if a mailing includes inserts and goes above the one once, it is available for the additional postage. If you will no longer require our services, after all bills have been paid, the unused postage will be returned.
 
Third Class:   You must transfer your permit to the Arlington Massachusetts Main Post office.
 
Envelopes:   Envelopes are $45.15 per 1000 and $22.20 per 500 for additional. At the beginning of each year, we will print enough envelopes for the year.
 
Addressing Envelopes:   Their are three options for envelope addressing.
 
Option 1:   If you have the ability to print labels, you can print them yourself and mail them or deliver them to us. Their is no additional cost for this option.
 
Option 2:   If you are using Microsoft Access, you can send me the database each month. Their are some restrictions on this option. You will need to e-mail the database to us each month. If it is too large for e-mail, or if you don't have e-mail access, you will need to mail us or deliver a disk or CD. PC format only. Also, prior to the first month, we will need to set up our reports in your database file. You would need to send us your database, we will add the neccessary reports and send it back to you. Their is a one time $30.00 charge for setting up the reports in your database.
 
Option 3:   The third option is that we can maintain the database for you. The cost of setting up the database varies depending on how you will provide us with your membership list. If you give us hard copy (printed paper), the cost is $.50 per name. If you have it in an electronic non-database format such as Microsoft Word, Word Perfect, Microsoft Excel, or a text file, the cost is $.25 per name. If you provide us with an electronic database file such as Microsoft Access or other database program, there is $30.00 charge to convert it for our use.
