All Prices are based on no typesetting necessary (except where otherwise noted), and assumes you will provide a printed hard copy, or a file in Word Perfect or Microsoft Word format, including all fonts. Pre-formatted files for Microsoft Word are available on this web site on the Downloads page at no charge. If any changes are needed to your copy, a typesetting fee may apply.
Standard duplicator colors are black, red, green, blue, and dark blue.
60 pound paper colors for 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", 8 1/2" x 11", 9" x 12", and 8 1/2" x 14" are white, cream, ivory, pink, yellow, green, gray, blue, orchid, tan, peach, orange, gold, red, and aqua.
Index stock colors are ivory, canary, gray, green, blue, salmon, cherry, and buff.
